January 14 Talking about Biggest Loser Challenge
The second week...I did really well with my food last week, I brought my lunch everyday and cooked dinner 3 times during the week (which is more meals than I have prepared in my kitchen since the baby was born in October...)then the weekend rolled around, we went to a party and it was my mother's birthday which meant dinner at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse...YUMMMM. So fell off the wagon for a couple of days but climbed right back on this morning, I feel like I'm going to float away from all this water..."water water everywhere...AND I HAVE TO DRINK IT ALL!?!?!?!?) onward and downward!

I am starting to get into the diet groove. After losing a few pounds last week, I have more motivation to keep up with the diet. I will start my work outs this evening. Hopefully I will be getting a gym membership this weekend and will be hitting the gym each morning. I am also trying to add water to my diet. I am up to a 24oz bottle each day. I do not like water, but I know it is key for losing weight and it is also the healthiest drink that I can possibly have.
Fast food is another issue I have. I think if I can cut out fast food or make better choices when I have to eat it that I can change my health dramatically.
Evelyn 1/14/08 January 04 Biggest Loser ChallengeSusan just had a baby and is working to get her baby weight off and Evelyn is a mother of five and is working to get off the weight she has gained over the past few years. Our goal weight loss is 20 pounds each by March 11, 2008.
We both feel like our biggest obstacles to losing weight are our husbands. We also work for a company that prides itself on indulging it's employees with food and alcohol. We have an ice cream freezer filled every Thursday and every Friday is our Happy Hour. We feel that by partnering with each other we can be each others support system. We have two other co-workers who have joined the Biggest Loser Challenge. Together the four of us will work in a combined effort to make ourselves healthier and happier. Thanks for visiting!
